SO TO ANSWER THAT COMMENT, MAYOR, WE CAN DEFINITELY ADD AND I'LL HAVE TO FIND A SECTION TO ADD THAT IN THERE WITH REGARD TO ENTERING, THEN INTO A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WHEN YOU'RE HAVING. WHEN A DEVELOPER IS REQUESTING A PID, THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WOULD THEN WE WOULD BE LOOKING AT THAT VALUATION AND MAKING SURE THAT STAFF AND DEVELOPER ENTER INTO EITHER LICENSE AGREEMENTS OR OTHER DOCUMENTS WHERE. THE ALL OF THE ITEMS THAT YOU MENTIONED ARE COVERED OR ARE SELF-SUSTAINING, OR BECAUSE OF THE AD VALOREM TAXES THAT ARE COMING IN THAT CITY, WILL HAVE ENOUGH. ENOUGH.
