MY ROUGH ESTIMATE SAYS THAT THIS WILL REQUIRE ABOUT 900 TO 1000 DUMP TRAILERS LOADED TO 67,000 GROSS POUNDS APIECE, TO BE ACCESSED DOWN WHAT IS CURRENTLY HIBS LANE.
